Comments: Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in the tender for the inspection of ventilation systems of the buildings of the Albazinsky GOK "Rotational Village" in accordance with the terms of reference (hereinafter - TOR) and initial data.
Place of provision of services:
Khabarovsk Territory, Polina Osipenko district, in the Amgun - Somnya interfluve, on the right bank of the Ernesty spring in its upper reaches, Albazino mining and processing plant (Coordinates of the Albazino area Latitude 52 ° 51´ 17.7´´, Longitude 137 ° 53´ 2.6´´ ).
Terms of work production:
1. Work start date: 11.11.2020;
2. Completion date: 12/18/2020.
Immediately before arriving at the Customer's facility, the Contractor is quarantined for 14 days at a place determined by the Customer. The collection point for quarantine is being specified before mobilization.
For the period of quarantine, meals and accommodation of the Contractor's employees are at the expense of the Customer.
Before entering quarantine, it is mandatory to provide an opinion of the medical commission for each employee.
Scope and scope of work:
It is necessary to carry out a survey / diagnostics of the ventilation systems of the buildings of the Rotational Camp, in accordance with the terms of reference.
The list of buildings of the Rotational Camp, the ventilation systems of which are subject to inspection:

• Х00000469 Hotel building for 32 places (VP);
• HK0002972 Building of SBK. Laundry;
• X00000468 Dormitory 1a for workers for 99 people (male) (VP);
• X00000472 Dormitory 1b for workers for 99 people (male) (VP);
• ХК0002969 Dormitory 1v for workers for 99 people (male) (VP);
• Х00000471 Dormitory for engineers and technicians for 58 people (VP);
• Х00000470 Women's dormitory for 54 people (VP).
Prepare a report describing the identified defects, the actual state of ventilation systems, assessing their effectiveness, prepare recommendations for the modernization of ventilation systems.
The customer does not provide equipment, mechanisms, machinery, fuels and lubricants necessary for the production of work.
Accommodation, meals, delivery of personnel to the facility and stay at the facility at the expense of the Customer.
Occupational health and safety requirements:
Set out in clause 15 of the TOR and are mandatory.
