Ladies and gentlemen!


The company MVM LLC (brands M.video / Eldorado), hereinafter referred to as the Customer, hereby invites you to take part in an open procurement procedure for examining the technical condition and safe operation of lifting mechanisms at the facilities of MVM LLC.

Information about the procurement procedure:
• Estimated time for the procedure: 06/08/30/06/2021
• Terms of rendering services: 36 months
• Fixing prices for the term of the contract
• Unit prices for works / services should not depend on the number of winning lots in the commercial proposal
• Possible submission of separate Lots
• Place of provision of services / delivery: M.video, Eldorado stores on the territory of the Russian Federation
• Winner (s) are selected separately for each Lot (delivery region)
• Attach your template of the Agreement for information

The order, description and conditions of the procedure are given in the Information sheet (Appendix No. 1).
Technical requirements and conditions of cooperation are set out in the Terms of Reference (Appendix # 2).

Acceptance of Applications and documents, in accordance with the requirements set out in the annexes to this invitation, is carried out through the electronic trading platform www.b2b-center.ru until 15:00 Moscow time on June 16, 2021.

IMPORTANT!!!
On the B2B ETP, indicate only the price for 1 complete examination of Escalators / Travelators by Lot. Details must be attached according to the commercial proposal submission form in scanned and edited versions. Please note that the commercial proposal form contains 2 (two) tabs - you must fill in both.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
