Bids submission deadline

The customer makes payment for the work actually performed on the basis of the Contractor’s original invoice within 40 (forty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the certificate of work, services provided by the Contractor to the Customer no later than the 18th of the reporting month. In the event that the Contractor fails to submit the original invoice originals, as well as the certificate on the performance of work, the provision of services, the deadline for payment of the work performed shall be extended in proportion to the delay in submission of documents
