The time for completing tasks for all works should not exceed 24 hours from the moment the application is submitted to work, except if the application is scheduled for a later time at the request of the subscriber.
The time of execution of emergency applications should not exceed 6 hours from the moment of submission of the application to work, except in cases when the fault is not in the area of responsibility of the contractor.
