, it is necessary to fill in the procurement documentation files:
1. Participant's questionnaire (signature and seal on the forms are required);
2.General information (signature and seal on the forms are required);
3. Study the Procurement form of the contract (in case of disagreement, attach the Protocol of Disagreement to the files tab with the basic package of documents);
4. Familiarize yourself with the terms of Reference;
5. Attach to the ETP a Commercial offer on the company's letterhead with a basic set of documents (Charter, OGRN, TIN)+ the forms listed above.
KP must be filled in according to Appendices No. 5, No. 5.1, No. 5.2 of the Procurement form of the contract with a full explanation of the prices for cleaning from bottom sediments from the tank (tank)RGS100No.O-2. In the lot, specify the total amount of cleaning services of 4 pcs. CSG tanks filled according to Appendices No. 5, No. 5.1, No. 5.2.
