Auto-extension

Payment terms:Оплата за выполненные работы по Договору осуществляется Заказчиком в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с момента подписания сторонами Акта приемки выполненных работ (формы № КС-2 и № КС-3) и получения Заказчиком счета – фактуры. Расчет производится перечислением денежных средств на расчетный счет Подрядчика, и/или по иной форме расчетов, не противоречащей законодательству РФ, в том числе путем передачи векселей. Обязательства по расчету считаются исполненными с момента списания денежных средств с расчетного счета.
