- upon presentation, but not earlier than 90 days - the rate of 4.75% per annum
For a bill with a par value of more than 5 million rubles. and the due date is no earlier than 90 days - the rate is 5.25% per annum
Early accounting of promissory notes - discount at the rate of 7.25% per annum
