2. Purpose of work
2.1. Cleaning (cleaning) the roof of the built-in premises of the existing graphitization workshop (CGE) from the charge carbon-graphite materials. Reduced weight on the roof.
3. Deadline
Start of work on May 01, 2021.
Completion of work on December 31, 2021.

5. Conditions of work
5.1. Hoisting mechanisms for cleaning (cleaning), equipment, tools, mechanisms for handling operations are provided by the Contractor.
5.2. Loading materials will be loaded into Big-Bags (FIBCs). Flexible containers are provided by the Customer.
5.3. The Contractor shall provide vehicles for the removal of charge materials to the territory of EPM-NEZ JSC.
5.4. Electric welding, gas-cutting equipment, consumables for them are provided by the contractor.
6. Payment terms
6.1. Payment is made upon completion of the work. The mass of charge materials will be weighed on a truck weighing company "EPM-NEZ"
7. Requirements for the Contractor
7.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work
7.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, it is desirable that the representatives of the Contractor arrive at the Customer.
7.3. Certification of the head, engineering technician and executors for industrial safety and labor protection at HIFs according to Appendix No. 1.
7.4. Provision of health and safety measures, safe work methods at the facility.
7.5. After the completion of the work, the contractor transfers to the customer the as-built documentation in accordance with RD-11-02-2006 dated 26.12.06. and other regulatory documents.
7.6. Employees involved in the performance of work must have professional training corresponding to the nature of the work with a mark in a special certificate of training and passing examinations in certification commissions.
8. Work safety
When performing work, the contractor must comply with the requirements of the following rules:
- safety rules for hazardous production facilities where lifting structures are used;
- fire safety rules;
- rules for labor protection when working at height POT RM-012-200;
- rules of environmental, sanitary and hygienic and other norms in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and to ensure safe working conditions for the life and health of people.
All work performed on the territory of EPM-NEZ JSC must be carried out in accordance with the regulation "On the use of permit work orders during the performance of work of increased danger at EPM-NEZ JSC".
Appendix # 1
The list of documents provided to the OTPB and GO for the registration of orders - permits for work by contractors:
1. A copy of the Certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work.
2. A copy of the OSH briefing from the briefing journal.
3. POR, PPR or RTI (if required).
4. Copy of the protocol of certification of workers for labor protection.
5. Copies of certificates of attestation of engineers and technicians for labor protection and general industrial safety requirements. When performing work on gas, on vessels operating under pressure, using PS, in electrical installations, during hot work - copies of certificates for each type of work.
6. Medical clearance of personnel.
7. Copies of certificates of gas electric welders, slingers, crane operators, hoists (towers). For gas electric welders - copies of certification protocols for the fire-technical minimum.
Before the start of registration of the work permit, all employees of the contractor, including managers, are required to undergo an introductory briefing in the OTPB and GO (with a document confirming their identity and age). When performing work, all workers must have certified clothing, footwear and other personal protective equipment necessary to perform this type of work.
Note: In the event that any document expires, the work permit is not issued until a new document is submitted.
Comments: The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, must upload the following documents to the system:
1. Articles of Association (with all the amendments, if any).
2. Certificate of the state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from USRLE.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
