Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

If the Bid provides that the work is performed in one stage, then payment of 100% of the cost of the Work is made within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of receipt of the invoice issued on the basis of the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of works (services) signed by the parties for the Bid as a whole or the Act of elimination of deficiencies (which of them will be signed Parties later)
