3. Certificate of state registration of legal entity
4. Certificate of registration of legal entity with the tax authorities
5. Certificate of the official dealer or partner of the manufacturer.
6. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.
7. Charter
8. Power of attorney or decision of the founders, for the head, for the right to sign.
9. Financial statements for the last reporting period.
10. Commercial offer signed and stamped.
11. Participant's questionnaire (attached).

This request for proposal procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
