Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment period for the Works is within 30 days of the signing of the acts performed.

Comments:
Participants submit price offers through the B2B-Center ETP. Specifies the cost of the service entirely for the service. Additionally, KP is served in accordance with the TK conditions.
Business offers provided should include:
• Contractor's company name;
• Information about the company's membership in the SRO;
• Date of provision of the KP;
• CP expiration date;
• Delivery time of equipment and work in days;
• Payment Terms and Terms. KPs are available in rubles;
• Conditions and duration of warranty provided for equipment and work performed;
• Table part divided into materials and equipment and construction -
installation work (sample in TK).
Documentation must be completed in full and transmitted to Customer electronically
by emailing it.zakupka@apkholding.ru.
