Comments:
LLC "Albazino Resources" offers to take part in the competition for the performance of works on equipping the Customer's office premises with ACS equipment, security alarm systems, video surveillance in accordance with the terms of reference.

Place of work:
Khabarovsk Territory, Khabarovsk, Frunze str., 22.

Terms of work:
Development of schemes, installation and connection of equipment – 01.12.2022-31.12.2022;
Periodic maintenance – 01.01.2023-31.12.2023.

Scope of work:
1. Develop and coordinate with the Customer a set of schemes of installed equipment "ACS, security alarm, video surveillance of office premises" for office premises (1st floor) and archive premises (2nd floor);
2. Carry out installation work;
3. Connect the equipment according to the developed schemes and specifications;
4. Perform periodic maintenance of installed systems.

Materials and equipment:
All materials and equipment necessary to perform the work are purchased by the Contractor with prior approval of the cost with the Customer. The cost of equipment and materials should not exceed the market price. The Customer has the right to independently purchase the necessary equipment and transfer it to the Contractor for installation.

Payment of works:
The Customer undertakes to pay the Contractor the funds within the terms agreed by the parties.

We would be grateful to receive a commercial offer no later than 15:00 (local time) 24.10.2022 with the following documents attached:
- offer card;
- consent to the processing of personal data.

1. Terms of Reference with applications;
2. Form for filling out the "Offer Card";
3. The form to fill out "Consent to the processing of personal data".

This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this procedure for requesting an offer does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations
