Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Prepayment under the contract is not provided.
Payment for work performed is carried out in stages.
Works are considered accepted by the Customer if, within 5 (five) calendar days after completion of the work, the Customer returns the signed acceptance certificate or fails to provide a reasoned refusal to sign it.
Payment for the work performed is made by the Customer within 10 (ten) calendar days after signing the certificate of acceptance of services.
Payment under the Agreement is made in rubles.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
