Payment terms:
Payment shall be made by the Buyer provided that the Supplier has submitted a duly executed invoice to the Buyer. The Buyer makes payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of works, rendering of services) and the signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate (Certificate of performance of services, works) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
Settlements under the agreement are carried out using the settlement accounts opened by the Parties in JSCB Lanta-Bank (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, the Participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner, is obliged, within 5 (five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, to open a current account with JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) for the purpose of making payments under the agreement, in relation to the conclusion of which the request for proposals was carried out.

The helicopter is based at: Taryn GOK TZRK JSC, located at the Drazhnoye deposit within the Taryn ore field, 60 km north-east of the village.
