Comments: The first stage of the Purchase will be the Qualification stage.
To apply for participation in the procurement event and the Qualification stage, you must:
1. Read and fill in the file Documents for participation (including the Participant's Questionnaire, Compliance of the participant with the requirements of the procurement event), providing them in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and Word.
2. Provide a scanned copy of the balance sheet for the last reporting period, certified by the seal of the company and the tax authority.
3. Provide a scanned copy of the profit and loss statement for the last reporting period, certified by the seal of the company and the tax authority.
4. Provide an Excel template filled out in accordance with the attached reporting.
5. Accept the Requirements by VimpelCom, as reflected in the attached documents, or submit a motivated proposal for amendments / clarifications to the Requirements. VimpelCom, for its part, considers such proposals / changes and notifies the Participant of the acceptance / rejection of the said proposals / clarifications of the Participant.
6. Submit the completed and signed Qualification Questionnaire in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and EXCEL. The questionnaire must be filled out, indicating the answer opposite each criterion, if there are comments on the criterion, reflect it in the "Comment" field. Please note that the "Block Factor" criterion is a mandatory eligibility criterion.
Completed and signed documents in PDF and Word format must be sent no later than February 24, 2021 at 18:00, indicating in the subject line [Name of the supplier's organization] / Competition for the selection of contractors to carry out R&D, construction, and commissioning of active equipment of the local DWDM transport network ECI Telecom. The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters).
Based on the results of the check for the presence (absence) of interaction risks, we will send you further purchase instructions.

Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
