Comments:
1) The TCP for a full range of services is viewed according to the Tender Assignment.
2) Materials for the work (aluminum rental) - delivery of the Customer. Auxiliary material for manufacturing and delivery by the Supplier. This information is detailed in the Tender Assignment.
3) The deadline for the completion of the work is until the end of 2023 (specify the time when you will be able to complete the work).
4) Qualification requirements for participants are specified in the Tender assignment (attach all documents to the TAP).
5) Mandatory availability of PPE when performing work on the territory of JSC Nevinnomyssky Azot.
6) The contract in the form of the buyer (attached).
7) This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
