Required terms for tender:
The executor must be registered as a legal entity with the necessary permits; not on the register of unscrupulous suppliers; is not in liquidation and not recognized by decision of the court bankrupt.
The executor must provide:
• the questionnaire (enterprise card) of the tender participant;
• Reference-list for similar types of work;
• copy of the bay balance sheet and income statement for the past 3 years;
• To confirm the rights to implement, install, connect and maintain satellite navigation equipment in the Russian Federation;
• To confirm the license (certificate) of admission to the activities that are the subject of the purchase;
• Confirm the availability of certified, qualified technicians from 7 people in the Wialon program;
• To confirm the ownership or otherwise legally available tools and necessary accessories;
• Confirm your own service for installation and maintenance;
• To confirm the rights to provide satellite monitoring system in the Russian Federation;
• TKP, which consists of two parts:
(a) Commercial part with a calculation application (decryption of the cost of goods and services), transportation and travel costs.
b) the technical part.
- The warranty for equipment to be installed should be at least 18 months.

The total bid price shall cover all bidder's obligations to meet the requirements contained in the tender documentation and technical assignment, including the cost of the equipment expendable materials, delivery services, transportation and travel expenses, etc.
