Auto-extension

In the case of an advance payment of more than 1 000 000 rubles, the Supplier / Contractor must provide a bank guarantee in a bank from the Top 10 based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. A letter from a bank confirming availability of a bank guarantee amounting to the advance payment shall be provided.
