Delivery terms:Materials and equipment for production of fire alarm system installation, as well as tools and accessories for manufacture of works are available fully forces and Executive expense in the amount specified in the draft.

Georeferencing:Republic of Sakha /Yakutia/, Tomponsky ulus Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Tomponsky district, GOK "Nezhdaninsky" (577th km of the Federal highway "Kolyma" plus 100 km to GOK "Nezhdaninsky").

4. The procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF; 5. This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
