Comments:
In the preparation of the commercial proposal, you must consider:

1. Considered SCS manufacturers: Nexans, Hyperline, Nikomax, Lanmaster, Exalan
2. Experience in similar work. Provide a list of customers of similar systems over the past 3 years, as well as customer reviews.
3. Availability and qualifications of specialists. Provide copies of employee certificates on training in electrical safety, labor protection and access to high-altitude work. Provide copies of magazines. 4. The presence of the partner status of the SCS manufacturer, which gives the right to design, install and certify the system to provide a 15-year warranty. confirmed by a copy of the certificate. The offer must include confirmation of a 15 year warranty.
5. Availability of SRO license for design and installation of the systems specified in the tender documentation. Confirmed by a copy of the license and application with a list of works
6. The availability of material and technical base. Provide a list of equipment and inventory used for design and installation works.

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
