Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. The General Contractor makes settlements with the Contractor for Orders within 21 (twenty one) business days from the receipt of an invoice issued on the basis of the following documents signed by both parties:
- For R&D: "Certificate of acceptance of completed works"
- For construction and installation work: "Certificate of acceptance of work performed" (KS-2), "Information on the cost of work performed and costs" (KS-3). An invoice that does not meet the requirements of this clause is not considered issued.
2. Advance payments for Orders are not provided.
Delivery terms:The list and scope of work for each base station is individual and will be determined in detail in the order on the basis of Appendix No. 2 to the Notice
