Auto-extension

Comments:
1. Prices shall be considered unchanged until the Parties fully fulfill their obligations under the Agreement.
2. SMR volumes/The Design and Survey Works are given tentatively, specified by the terms of reference. The scope of work is determined by the contractor during the design and agreed by the customer.
3. The organizer of the request for commercial proposals reserves the right to announce a Rebidding. The number of Rebiddings is at the discretion of the Organizer.
4. The establishment of the amount of Call for Bidding does not impose obligations on the Customer to order works and services in the amount corresponding to this amount.
5. The customer has the right to refuse to conduct an open request for commercial proposals in electronic form or from its results, and also has the right to refuse to conclude a contract at any time during this procurement procedure until the conclusion of the contract.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
