Auto-extension

Payment terms:
payment of the rendered works is carried out by the customer at the price of the unit of work (specified in annex № 3 to the draft contract), based on the volume of works actually rendered under the contract, but in the amount not exceeding the initial maximum price of the contract on the basis Invoices within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of receipt by the customer of the invoice from the contractor, unless otherwise provided by the relevant order, but only after the signing by the parties of the acts of acceptance of the executed works. The customer has the initial (maximum) price of the unit of work, which is composed of single prices.
The customer evaluates the offer of the bidder on the unit price, while the purchaser has the right to reduce the individual prices by determining the price of each single quote without the use of a single decreasing coefficient.
