Upon completion of the work. within 30 (thirty) banking days after the submission of the results of the work, provided that the work is performed properly and within the agreed period.
Delivery terms:

2. Purpose of the work:
- replacing outdated equipment;
- improving productivity;
- improving the reliability of equipment components.
3. The deadline for project work is 2-3 sq.2021.
4. Scope of work performed:
4.1. Design of a charge heater similar to the existing one, with design changes that increase productivity and reliability.
4.2. Development of a set of technical documentation for the production of the designed heater.
5. Description of the process.
Dry charge consisting of needle coke fractions from 0 to 25 mm weighing 1800 kg should be mixed and heated from 10 to 180 C in 10 minutes. The temperature of the coolant is 270 C. The charge is loaded into the heater in one portion for 40 seconds. The discharge from the heater should be 70-90 seconds.
6. Design requirements for the equipment.
The dimensions of the designed heater together with the drive must not exceed the existing dimensions of more than 500 mm (specified in the Annex).
The geometric dimensions of the drum should ensure maximum thermal contact of the charge with the body to ensure the required heating rate.
When heating and mixing the charge, the tightness of the working area must be ensured – dusting is not allowed.
For maintenance and repair, access to the internal components of the heater must be provided.
The heater must have a place for installing thermocouples for constant monitoring of the charge temperature.
The mixing shaft bearings must be removed from the heating zone, the shaft seals must provide at least 2 months of continuous operation and easy replacement during maintenance.
The attachment of the mixing elements (blades) must ensure the reliability of continuous operation and the possibility of replacing them as they wear out.
The heat exchange cavities of the heater must withstand a coolant temperature of up to 300℃ and a maximum pressure of up to 10 kg / cm3.
The heater body must be insulated from the environment.
When choosing materials, their heat resistance and pronounced abrasive properties of the charge should be taken into account.
6. Documentation requirements
6.1 Composition of the developed project documentation (working draft):

6.1.4 Lists of elements;
6.1.5 Connection diagrams;
6.1.6 Connection diagrams;

6.1.9 General view drawings for low-voltage complete devices;
6.1.10 Design documentation for the manufacture of transition units (shafts, flanges, transition plates) and brackets for the installation of new electrical equipment (electric motors, sensors, etc.);
6.1.11 Lists of purchased products for the purchase of equipment, cable and wire products.
The contractor provides the listed sections of the project documentation in three copies on paper and one on electronic media, and exercises author's supervision.
7. General requirements.
Before the tender, the contractor must: be sure to come to the plant to study
the existing management system, read the documentation.
8. Requirements for the submitted offers.
The contractor must specify the terms of performance of the work, the cost of the work, as well as the terms of payment in the TAP.
9. Acceptance.
The design work is considered to be completed in full after the "Parties" sign the Act of Acceptance of the completed work.
10. Requirements for the Contractor.
10.1. The contractor must have all the necessary production and human resources to perform this work.
10.2. To clarify the terms of work, to get acquainted with the object, to get additional ND, and so on, it is necessary to arrive representatives of the Contractor to the Customer.
10.3. The contractor in its commercial offer specifies the order of payment for the work and other conditions.
10.4. The work that is not done properly must be redone at the expense of the Contractor and handed over to the Customer.
10.5. The Contractor must develop and agree with the Customer a linear schedule of work for all necessary works-within no more than 15 calendar days after the announcement of the winner of the tender procedure.
10.6. It is necessary to have SRO and special permits for certain types of project work.
10.7. The regulatory documents used in the design must be up-to-date and comply with the requirements of the regulations and legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of project activities.
10.8. The materials offered in the design documentation should be modern and as acceptable as possible in terms of price/quality ratio.

10. Before the work permit is issued, the Contractor must provide the Customer with the following documents::
- a copy of the certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work;
- copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and/or a labor protection specialist in the contractor (an order for appointment to a position in the contractor, a certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of a contract with an accredited organization in the field of providing labor protection services;
- a copy of the instruction on labor protection from the instruction log;
- POR or PPR or RTI;
- a copy of the protocol of certification of workers on labor protection;
- copies of certificates of certification of ITR on labor protection and on general requirements of industrial safety. When performing work on gas, on pressure vessels, using GPM, in electrical installations, conducting fire work – copies of certificates for each type of work;
- medical admission of personnel;
- copies of certificates of gas and electric welders, slingers, crane operators, hoists (towers). For gas and electric welders, copies of the PTM certification protocols.
In case of non-compliance of the information in the submitted documents with the requirements of regulatory legal acts, the Customer has the right to initiate an audit by the OT and PB service in matters of Labor Protection and Industrial safety in the Contractor's organization.
