Comments: This request for proposals consists of 2 stages:
!!! Attention: To participate in the commercial stage - submission of applications for the technical stage (stage 1 (preliminary) is MANDATORY!
! Stage 1 (preliminary) - collecting only Technical proposals (Appendices 2-7) + a Calendar plan for the execution of works (issued in free form)+ Technical description (characteristics) of the main equipment!!!;
! Stage 2 (main) - collection of Commercial proposals (Appendices 10, Lists of equipment and materials, other costs).
As part of the 1st stage (preliminary), the proposal should consist only of the technical part (Appendices 2-7), certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. In the technical part, the list and composition of works must be specified and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). The offer must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TA will be rejected.
As part of the 2nd stage (the main one), the proposal should consist of the commercial part (Appendices 10, Lists of equipment and Materials, other costs). The settlement conditions must be determined taking into account the payment day established in METALLOINVEST Group from 01.07.2021 – Tuesday.
The offer is valid for at least 180 calendar days.
METALLOINVEST Management Company LLC uses electronic document management (EDO) with its partners and customers in the Diadoc system (http://www.diadoc.ru ) of SKB Kontur company. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a Supplier using electronic document management systems.
In case of providing false information, a potential Service Provider may be suspended from participating in the Procurement, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a Contract may be terminated.
