Comments: Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in the tender for the performance of work on the industrial safety examination of buildings and structures of the processing plant with registration support with Rostekhnadzor in accordance with the terms of reference.
Work place:
Khabarovsk Territory, Polina Osipenko region, in the Amgun - Somnya interfluve, on the right bank of the Ernesty spring in its upper reaches, the site of the Albazino mining and processing plant (Coordinates of the Albazino area Latitude 52 ° 51´ 17.7´´, Longitude 137 ° 53´ 2.6´ ´).
Turnaround time:
1. Start date of work: 02/15/2021;
2. Completion date: 05/01/2021.
Start of work on the letter of guarantee from the Customer.
Scope of work:
1. inspection of the technical condition of buildings and structures of the processing plant, collection of the necessary information;
2. preparation of a report on the technical condition of buildings and structures;
3. industrial safety expertise with registration support at Rostekhnadzor.
Requirements for the Contractor:
1. The contractor performing the work must have a license to carry out industrial safety expertise in respect of hazardous industrial facilities of II and III hazard classes, with the involvement of experts certified in the manner established by the Government of the Russian Federation of May 28, 2015 N 509 "On certification of experts in industrial safety ".
2. The contractor must have health and safety permits (certifications, certificates, permits corresponding to the type of work performed).
3. When performing work, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the requirements of labor protection and industrial safety, environmental protection, fire safety, to comply with administrative acts and internal regulations of Albazino Resources LLC.
4. The contractor must ensure the proper quality of work.
5. Sufficient experience (at least 3 years) in the execution of identical works, the availability of positive feedback on the execution of identical works from the Customers.
Accommodation, meals, delivery of the Contractor's personnel to the Customer's facility:
1. At the Customer's site (the territory of the Albazinsky GOK, Khabarovsk Territory, the Polina Osipenko district), meals and accommodation for the Contractor's personnel are organized by the Customer at his own expense (expenses are not included in the calculation of the cost of services under the TK);
2. Delivery of personnel to the Customer's site (the territory of the Albazinsky GOK, Khabarovsk Territory, the Polina Osipenko district) from the collection point (in Khabarovsk or Komsomolsk-on-Amur) and back is carried out by forces and at the expense of the Customer.
3. Delivery of personnel from the location of the Contractor to the collection point (in the city of Khabarovsk or in the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur) and back is provided by the Contractor on its own and at its own expense. The costs must be included by the Contractor in the cost of work (with the provision of an appropriate cost estimate).
4. Immediately before arriving at the Customer's facility, the Contractor is quarantined for up to 14 days at a place specified by the Customer (St. Khabarovsk or Komsomolsk-on-Amur). The collection point for quarantine is specified before mobilization (before entering quarantine, it is mandatory to provide an opinion of the medical commission for each employee). For the period of quarantine, meals (three times a day), accommodation, medical care (examinations, thermometry, testing for COVID-19) of the Contractor's employees are carried out at the expense of the Customer and are not included in the calculation of the cost of services under the TK.

- proposal card (Appendix No. 2 to the letter);
- counterparty questionnaire (Appendix No. 3 to the letter) and reference list;
- scanned copies of permits required to perform work;
- constituent documents: charter (fully in the latest edition), certificate of the OGRN, certificate of TIN, decision of the founder on the appointment of the head, letter on assignment of codes (Rosstat);
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 4 to the letter).
