Comments: Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in the competition for the performance of work on the industrial safety examination of technical devices used at hazardous production facilities for storing fuels and lubricants in accordance with the terms of reference.
Work place:
1. District named after Polina Osipenko, Khabarovsk Territory, in the Amgun - Somnya interfluve, on the right bank of the Ernesty spring in its upper reaches, Site of the Albazin mining and processing plant. Account coordinates Albazino (Latitude 52 ° 51´ 17.7´´ Longitude 137 ° 53´ 2.6´´), fuel and lubricants warehouse No. 1;
2. District named after Polina Osipenko, Khabarovsk Territory, with. Oglongi, fuel and lubricants warehouse No. 2.
Turnaround time:
1. Start date of work: 03/01/2021;

Start of work on the letter of guarantee from the Customer.
Scope of work:
1. Conduct a survey of the tanks of the tank farm of warehouses for fuel and lubricants No. 1 and fuel and lubricants No. 2;
2. Prepare a report on the technical condition of the tank farm;
3. Conduct an industrial safety examination for the compliance of the tank farm with industrial safety requirements, with the subsequent issuance of an expert opinion.
Requirements for the Contractor:
1. The contractor performing the work must have a license to conduct industrial safety expertise in relation to hazardous production facilities of II and III hazard classes, with the involvement of experts certified in the manner established by the Government of the Russian Federation of May 28, 2015 N 509 "On certification of experts in the field of industrial safety ";
2. The contractor must have permits for health and safety (attestations, certificates, permits corresponding to the type of work performed);
3. When performing work, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the requirements of labor protection and industrial safety, environmental protection, fire safety, comply with administrative acts and internal regulations of Albazino Resources LLC;
4. The contractor must ensure the quality of work;
5. Sufficient experience (at least 3 years) in the execution of identical works, the presence of positive feedback on the execution of identical works from the Customers;
Accommodation, meals, delivery of the Contractor's personnel to the Customer's facility:
1. At the Customer's facilities (the territory of the Albazinsky GOK, Khabarovsk Territory, the Polina Osipenko district, the village of Oglongi, the Polina Osipenko district), meals and accommodation for the Contractor's personnel are organized by the Customer at his own expense (costs are not included in the calculation of the cost of services under the terms of reference);
2. Delivery of personnel to the Customer's site (the territory of the Albazinsky GOK, Khabarovsk Territory, the Polina Osipenko district) from the collection point (in Komsomolsk-on-Amur) and back is carried out by forces and at the expense of the Customer.
3. Delivery of personnel from the location of the Contractor to the collection point (in Komsomolsk-on-Amur) and back is provided by the Contractor on his own and at his own expense. The costs must be included by the Contractor in the cost of work (with the provision of an appropriate cost estimate).
4. Immediately before arriving at the Customer's facility, the Contractor is quarantined for up to 14 days at a place specified by the Customer (St. Khabarovsk or Komsomolsk-on-Amur). The collection point for quarantine is specified before mobilization (before entering quarantine, it is mandatory to provide an opinion of the medical commission for each employee). For the period of quarantine, meals (three times a day), accommodation, medical care (examinations, thermometry, testing for COVID-19) of the Contractor's employees are carried out at the expense of the Customer and are not included in the calculation of the cost of services under the TK.
