Payment terms:13.4. Payment of correct and undisputed invoices is made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account after 60 (sixty) calendar days, but no later than 65 (sixty-five) calendar days, from the date of mutual signing without comments:
- certificates of acceptance of completed works (services rendered);
- certificates of the cost of work performed (services rendered) and costs;
- invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the tax legislation of the Russian Federation.
