| Payment terms: | Settlement with the Contractor is made as the work is completed and the result is accepted by the Customer within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of signing of KS-2 and KS-3 for a given amount of work in the amount of the cost of work established by KS-3, minus the amount of the advance in proportion to the amount the work performed. Deferred payment is not a commercial loan.
Payment is made by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor. The date of payment is the date of debiting funds from the Customer's current account. |
