Обоснование: Утвердить следующие итоги запроса коммерческих предложений № 1332957 на право заключения Договора выполнения работ по проведению капитального ремонта ДВС мобильного грохота Parker SD125 хоз №11, согласно техническому заданию для нужд АО «Порт Ванино»:
- Признать закупку не состоявшейся по причине единственной поданной заявки от ООО «Амур Машинери» на дату окончания приема предложений;
- Руководствуясь п. 10.15.1 (d) (Специальное решение закупочной комиссии) «Положения о закупках товаров, работ и услуг для нужд АО «Порт Ванино»», редакция 5.0 от 01.01.2019 г., закупочная комиссия решила согласовать заключение Договора выполнения работ по проведению капитального ремонта ДВС мобильного грохота Parker SD125 хоз №11 с ООО «Амур Машинери» как с единственным источником.
