Payment terms:Advance payment is not applicable. Payment is made with a delay of 90 calendar days from the date of signing of the act of delivery - acceptance of services by the Contractor and the Customer.
Participant may suggest his own payment terms.
Delivery terms:Deadline: by agreement with the Customer, within 15 calendar days from the date of transfer of the pump for repair to the Service Provider. Repair of the first batch of 6 HPV 145 pcs is required to be completed before 12/01/2019, the equipment is ready for transfer for repair.
The number of pumps indicated in this request for proposals is indicative and may vary in fact. Calculation of the cost of overhaul of the pump should be made in strict accordance with the attached conditional defective list.
Placement of the pump for repair will be carried out in separate batches by preliminary additional agreement of the parties.

Dear participants!

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").

2. To their proposals in electronic form, participants in this procedure must attach the participant’s application and application documents to the application before opening the envelopes. Please note that the attached commercial offer must be signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure (the form is attached). In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.

3. Place of work: in the territory of the Service Provider in the indicated regions.

4. Organization of delivery of hydraulic equipment to the place of repair is carried out by forces and at the expense of the Customer.

5. To provide upon request of proposals:
- Partner card;
- Application (Form No. 1);
- Commercial offer (Form No. 2);
- Certificate TIN;
- Bukh balance sheet for 2016-2018;
- 2018 VAT Declaration
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Buyer.
- A letter stating that the quotation has been calculated in full compliance with this request for proposals.
- Letter of guarantee on fixing the value of a commercial offer until 12/31/2019

The required warranty period for the provided pump repair services and the installed spare parts, parts, accessories: at least 12 months from the date of delivery.

Please note that all notifications, in particular of changes, clarifications, rebidding, etc., are automatically sent by the electronic trading platform to the email addresses indicated by the participants during registration of the organization. In light of that, please, update the above-mentioned information in a tilmely.

Validity of the proposed proposals is not less than 60 cal. days from the filing date.

Spare parts, components, parts, assemblies, consumables, etc., installed during the repair of pumps must be new, not used, not restored, certified.

Note: this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
