This RFQ (Proposals) procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061, Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for Request for Quotations (Proposals) does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil and legal obligations.
7. The term for the conclusion of the contract is 10 working days after the approval of the protocol and the submission of the contract on paper. After the conclusion of the contract, the Organizer sends out appropriate notifications in the System, which is the completion of the procedure in the System.
