Просим Вас рассмотреть возможность оказания услуг и, в случае положительного решения, предоставить следующую информацию:
1. Карту предложения, заполненную по форме Приложения 3 в формате excel (обязательное требование);
2. Информацию о порядке и условиях оказания услуг.
3. Рекомендации от Заказчиков по оказанным услугам (при наличии).
4. Сметно-финансовый расчет стоимости норма-часа.
5. Указать срок действия условий предложения в календарных днях.
Данная процедура запроса предложения не является конкурсом и ее проведение не регулируется статьями 447-449 ч.1 ГК РФ;
Данная процедура также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057-1061 ч.2 ГК РФ;
Таким образом, данная процедура запроса предложения не накладывает на Заказчика соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств
Приложенный Договор не является публичной офертой, однако условия Договора будут являться обязательными для победителя торгов.
