Delivery terms:1. Provision of consumables, instruments and devices for the special evaluation of the working conditions of staff employment is carried out entirely at the expense of the Executive forces.
2. Food, accommodation and welfare staff the Executive Director shall be reimbursed by the customer on the basis of actual costs incurred and documented costs.
3. Mobilization and demobilization specialists as well as equipment and MATERIAL ASSETS, necessary for the provision of services, the place of work and back are carried out in full force, and through the Executive Director and shall be reimbursed on the basis of the actual the costs incurred with the provision of supporting documentation by reimbursement invoices for payment.

Comments:

4. The procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF;
5. This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
