Payment terms:Payment is made upon the completion of work after signing the acceptance certificate of the work performed (form No. KS-2) and a certificate of the cost of the work performed (form No. KS-3) by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor within 60 calendar days based on the invoice - invoice or invoice.
Delivery terms:The Contractor undertakes to do the work on its own and by means in compliance with the fire safety requirements in the forests, forest legislation and environmental legislation of the Russian Federation.
Logging operations must be carried out in strict accordance with section 2.2. Safety rules for the construction of power lines and electrical work RD 153-34.3-03.285-2002. The height of the left hemp should not be more than 10 cm.
Felling of green spaces should be carried out strictly in the security zone;
The Contractor is obligated to fulfill the conditions of the cutting ticket for the demolition of green spaces issued by the Ukr "Management of Urban Planning, Land Use and Nature Management of the city of Urai".
