in accordance with Ch. 1 and Ch. 2 of art. 2 Federal law of the Russian Federation from 18.07.2011 № 223-FZ "on purchase of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities", the request of prices is carried out in accordance with the uniform standard of purchases of PJSC "grids" (regulation on purchases), approved by the decision of the Board of Directors PJSC "IDGC center" (protocol № 27/15 of December 29, 2015), in accordance with part 4 of art. 447 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation the request for prices is not tender and is not regulated by the norms of art. 447-449 of the Russian civil Code. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of the second Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer has the right to refuse to request the prices at any time before the date and time of the end of the application deadline, without incurring any liability to the Participants. Upon expiration of the period of cancellation of the competitive purchase (date and time of the end of the application deadline) and before the conclusion of the contract the organizer shall have the right to cancel the purchase only in case of force majeure circumstances in accordance with the civil Legislation.

In case of cancellation of the price request procedure, all participants who activities13 their participation in the request for prices via the electronic trading will receive corresponding notifications in accordance with the rules of the System.
