Auto-extension
If within the last 60 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 60 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment is made on the fact of executed works by transfer of funds to the account of the executor within 10 banking days from the date of signing by the customer of the Act of acceptance – transfer of executed works under this agreement.
Delivery terms:a list of technical and other documentation to be executed and delivered by the contractor to the customer upon completion of the work under the agreement is defined by the Technical Specification (appendix № 1 to the contract).
Contractor for 3 (three) working days before the expiry of the work, defined in paragraph 10.1 shall notify the customer in writing of the readiness to consider the results of the work performed.
The customer within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the act of receiving-transfer of the executed works and the reporting documents is obliged to send to the contractor the signed act of receiving-transfer of executed works or motivated refusal from acceptance of works. In case of non-receipt by the contractor of the signed Act of acceptance-transfer or reasoned refusal within the established period, the act of acceptance is considered to be signed and the work is considered accepted.
In case of reasoned refusal of the customer to accept the executed works the Parties shall draw up a bilateral act with the list of necessary modifications and terms of their fulfillment.
