Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:The cost of the Works is paid in the following order:
• 50% (Fifty percent) of the cost of the Works under the Contract is made by the Customer as an advance within 5 (Five) business days from the date of the actual signing by the Parties of the Contract and invoicing;
• the remaining 50% (Fifty percent) of the cost of the Works under the Agreement is made by the Customer within 5 (Five) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Completion of Works and invoicing for all Works specified in clause 2.1. Of the contract.
Delivery terms:Delivery of the Products in the above volume to the warehouse of the installation organization (within the city of St. Petersburg or the city of Kronstadt) at the expense of the Contractor.

Comments:
Date of commencement of Works under the Agreement: Date of signing the Agreement.
Completion date of Works under the Agreement: within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt of an advance payment from the Customer, in the amount of 50%.
At the same time, the Parties agreed on interim terms for the completion of the Works (deadlines for the stage):
• Stage 1. Manufacturing of Products - within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the advance payment from the Customer;
• Stage 2. Delivery - within 10 (ten) business days from the end date of Stage 1.
The products must meet all the requirements of the Agreement, and the exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity associated with it are transferred to the Customer in full, including the right to a patent.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
