Payment terms:Payment for Works is carried out by the Customer in stages in accordance with the agreed schedule of work within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of the completed Works of the corresponding stage. Payment for the services rendered is carried out within 30 calendar days from the date of electronic delivery, which is confirmed by the signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance and transfer of the services rendered.

Comments:
The procurement organizer reserves the right not to consider the applications of participants received later than the deadline for completing the procedure, as well as those that do not meet the requirements of the procurement documentation in form and composition.
Following the results of the procurement procedure, the winner will be offered to conclude a contract on the terms on which the participant in the procurement procedure was recognized as the winner.
The Contract is concluded on behalf of the Customer specified in the Notice.
In case of disagreement on the form and content of the contract, or delay in signing the contract on the part of the Winner, and, as a result, the absence of a signed contract on the part of the Winner of the procedure within 10 working days from the date of notification from the Organizer of the procurement of the recognition of its Winner, the Organizer of the procurement has the right to review the results of the procurement procedure.
This procurement procedure is not a tender, Notice / The notification of the procurement is not a public offer of the Customer. The customer / Organizer of the purchase does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who took part in the procurement procedure.
