Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the works of the Contractor shall be made by the Customer no earlier than 60 (sixty) and no later than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing the Act of Acceptance of Work at the relevant stage and the Customer receiving the invoice for payment and the invoice issued in accordance with the requirements legislation. If the Contractor is a small and medium-sized business entity, settlements are made with a delay of payment of not more than 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the Work Acceptance Act, based on the invoice issued by the Contractor.
Payment is made by the Customer no earlier than 60 (sixty) and no later than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of transfer of non-exclusive rights and receipt by the Customer of the invoice for payment. If the Contractor is a small and medium-sized business entity, payments are made with a deferred payment of not more than 30 calendar days from the date of signing the Act of transfer of non-exclusive rights, based on the invoice issued
Delivery terms:start: signing of the contract
The deadline for completion of the first stage of work shall not be later than 15.12.2019.
The deadline for completing the work in the second stage should not be later than 15.06.2020
The deadline for completion of the work on the third stage shall not be later than 15.12.2020
The deadline for completion of work on the fourth stage shall not be later than 15.12.2022.
