Payment terms:
Advance is possible in the amount of not more than 25% of the total cost of the contract.
Delivery terms:
All materials and equipment necessary for the performance of work are supplied by forces and at the expense of the Contractor.
The contractor provides ready-made factory structures of the building to the object, after which the assembly of the supporting and enclosing structures at the place of work is carried out.
Comments: 1. More detailed information about the request is given in the cover letter (Appendix).
2. Applications will not be accepted without the uploaded documentation: a commercial proposal, a completed price calculation in accordance with Appendix No. 7 to the statement of work and an offer card. The contractor must provide general technical solutions (OTR) reflecting preliminary data on the type of load-bearing and enclosing structures used, as well as color and space-planning decisions in accordance with the Design Assignment (Appendix No. 6 to the statement of work). The project should provide for the use of ready-made collapsible supporting structures of the building according to the passports of the manufacturer. In KP, the Contractor shall provide information on the planned involvement of the manufacturer of finished structures.
3. Contract awarding criteria: quality, terms of work, cost, terms of payment, work experience.
4. This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
5. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
6. The attached Contract is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Contract will be binding on the bidder.
