Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the contract price includes all costs of the Executive Director on the response to the commitments made under the Treaty.
Work are paid based on the accounts of the Executive Director in the following order:
- The customer makes advance payment of 40% (forty per cent) within 5 (five) working days after the signing of the contract;
- the final settlement in the amount of 60% (sixty percent) within 10 (ten) working days after registration and signing of the Act of the executed works and provide Customer technical report.
Delivery terms:upon completion of execution of works executor shall the customer signed the Act, for its part, performed works, in two copies, one for the customer, one for the Executive Director.
