Auto-extension

Payment terms:payment order:
1. Advancing of works.
2. Cost of works is final and includes all costs associated with the execution of the works provided for in the terms of reference and cannot be modified.
3. Payment for work performed within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the taking over certificate for all performed works, subject to the receipt of duly executed Account, Act of acceptance and handover of documentation reflecting the results of the work, as well as other documentation provided for by the Treaty and in accordance with the terms of the contract.
4. Shortcomings of the works included in the price of the work under the contract and shall not be subject to additional fees if such defects are caused by improper performance by the contractor of his obligations.

Comments:
Documents to be attached: a completed application form (Appendix 1), a list of requested documentation (Appendix 2), statutes, documents confirming the authority of the signatory of the contract and the offer indicating the experience of cooperation with the Group of companies JSC "Highest" costs, deadlines and guarantees. The forms shall be provided both in editable format and in the form of a scanned document sealed with the company's stamp and signed by the company's CEO.
According to the results of the tender with the winning Candidate is the agreement in the form of attachment № 3.
Participation in the tender means full acceptance of the conditions specified and Candidate to the contract and its obligation to execute them in case of victory of the candidate in the tender.
In case of conclusion of a contract in the form of attachment № 3 hereto, as well as in the case of Candidate requirements change terms of the contract, the customer may at any time give preference and choose the candidate that won the tender previous rank.
The customer shall have the right to unilaterally withdraw from the tender at any stage prior to the conclusion of the contract.
