Payment terms:
1) If the Participant is a small and medium-sized business:
Payment of the Contract Price (work performed) is made by the Customer in the following order: Settlement for work performed is based on the Act of Acceptance of Work performed, signed by the Parties, with a delay of no more than 15 business days from the date of signing of the Act of Acceptance of work performed, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a full set of the following documents:
- bills
- Act on acceptance of work performed (form No. КС-2), signed by the Parties;
- certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
- the Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties for the completed construction of the Object (form KS-14);
- invoices;
- copies of Acceptance Certificates of the full set of Executive / Technical / Initial Permission (including permission to put the Object into operation) / Operational documentation signed by the Parties
- the conclusion of EPB at the stage of design and survey work.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2) If the Participant does not belong to small and medium-sized enterprises:
Payment of the Contract Price (work performed) is made by the Customer in the following order: Settlement for work performed is based on the Act of Acceptance of Work performed by the Parties, with a delay of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of Acceptance of Work performed, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- bills
- Act on acceptance of work performed (form No. КС-2), signed by the Parties;
- certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
- the Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties for the completed construction of the Object (form KS-14);
- invoices;
- copies of Acceptance Certificates of the full set of Executive / Technical / Initial Permission (including permission to put the Object into operation) / Operational documentation signed by the Parties
- the conclusion of EPB at the stage of design and survey work.
