Payment terms:Расчет за Работы, выполненные по Договору, осуществляется Заказчиком, по факту выполненных за месяц Работ, с отсрочкой платежа не менее 60 (шестидесяти) и не более 90 (девяноста) календарных дней после подписания обеими сторонами Акта приемки выполненных работ по форме КС-2 и Акта по форме КС-3, предоставления Подрядчиком Заказчику счета на оплату и выставления Подрядчиком счета-фактуры.
Расчеты по Договору производятся денежными средствами, а так же могут иметь иную форму расчетов, не противоречащую законодательству РФ, в том числе путем передачи векселей и пр.
