Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:advance not more than 30% of the cost of equipment by providing a bank guarantee of return of payment, Bank guarantee of performance of obligations in the amount of not less than 10% of the total value of the contract, bank guarantee of due performance Not less than 5% of the total amount of the Contract.
