Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment to be made in two stages:
1. stage: advance payment 50% of the contract price is payable within 10 (ten) banking days after the signing of the contract on the basis of the invoice.
2. stage: After running 100% of the work under the contract, the remaining amount is paid in accordance with the contract within 10 (ten) banking days after receipt of the project (stage) and estimate documentation agreed with the customer and acceptance certificate is signed by the parties the executed works. Acceptance certificate is signed by the customer within 10 (ten) working days from the moment of its contractor.
Delivery terms:work execution is carried out within 60 (sixty) days from the date of the advance payment enumeration.
