Comments: Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in the competition for the development of working documentation for the object RA 0001402 "Pedestrian Gallery. Modernization".
Work place:
Contractor's Territory / Polina Osipenko District of the Khabarovsk Territory in the Amgun - Somnya interfluve, on the right bank of the Ernesty spring in its upper reaches. Account coordinates Albazino (Latitude 52 ° 51´ 17.7´´ Longitude 137 ° 53´ 2.6´´).
Start and finish dates of work:
1. Start date of work: 09/10/2020;
2. Completion date: 10/25/2020.
Start of work on the letter of guarantee from the Customer.
Requirements for the development of RD:
1. The technical solutions adopted in the RD must comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary and hygienic, fire safety and other standards in force on the territory of the Russian Federation;
2. The set of documentation must comply with the Terms of Reference (Appendix to this TOR) and contain the full amount of information sufficient for the construction of the facility, the inventory of goods and materials;
3. When developing the taxiway, be guided by the current building codes and regulations, regulatory documents;
4. The documentation is provided for approval to the Customer in electronic form;
5. RD should be executed in 5 copies: 4 (four) copies. on paper and 1 (one) copy. on electronic media in true formats - drawings in the format: AutoCAD scale 1: 1 and PDF, specifications (text and tabular documentation);
It is mandatory to visit the Customer's site during the preparation of the RD to collect other additional initial data and pre-design survey of the facility.
Requirements for the availability of permits for the Contractor:
1. The contractor must be a member of the SRO-P (it is mandatory to provide an extract from the SRO register). The object is NOT an OBO.
Accommodation, meals, delivery of personnel to the object (s) of the Customer:
Travel, accommodation, meals for the personnel - at the expense of the Contractor;
The customer can assist in providing travel, meals, accommodation at the rates specified in clauses 10, 12 of the TK;
For travel, meals and accommodation, the Customer issues an invoice upon the fact of stay, and the Contractor will compensate the Customer for the costs;
The Contractor must provide for these costs in his KP.
Before mobilization at AGOK for work, it is necessary to go through a 2-week quarantine, the date is specified immediately before arrival (approximate dates 01-15.09.2020). Expenses for organizing observational activities: accommodation, meals, honey. maintenance is undertaken by Albazino Resources LLC.

- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 5 to the letter).
