LLC "Albazino Resources" invites you to take part in the competition for the development of working documentation "Automated energy accounting system" of the beneficiation plant of the Albazinsky GOK.

Place of work:
Contractor Territory / Polina Osipenko District, Khabarovsk Territory in the Amgun-Somnya interfluve, on the right bank of the Erroneous Key in its upper reaches. The main building of the processing plant. The coordinates of the Albazino area (Latitude 52 ° 51´ 17.7´´ Longitude 137 ° 53´ 2.6´´).

Dates of commencement and completion of work:
1. Start date: 06/23/2020;
2. Date of completion of work: 08/22/2020.
Start of work on a letter of guarantee from the Customer.

Requirements for the development of taxiways:
Be sure to visit the Customer’s site during the preparation of the taxiway to collect other additional source data and a pre-project survey of the object.
1. RD must be developed on the basis of the attached terms of reference for the development of documentation (Appendix No. 1 to the letter) and technical specifications (Appendix No. 2 to the letter) in compliance with the rules and regulations;
2. The working documentation must contain the marks of the drawings, in accordance with GOST R 21.1101-2013 SPDS, the specifications of materials and equipment, completed questionnaires for equipment. Electricity plans and power supply plans, cable magazine;
3. The documentation is provided for approval by the Customer in electronic form;
4. Submission of documentation:
RD perform in 5 copies: 4 (four) copies. on paper (signed originals) and 1 (one) copy. on electronic media in true formats (signed PDF and development format). Development format - drawings in AutoCAD format 1: 1 scale, specifications (text and tabular documentation in MS Word, Excel).

Requirements for the availability of permits for the Contractor:
1. The contractor must be a member of the SRO-P (it is mandatory to provide an extract from the register of the SRO), certification in the field of industrial safety. The facility is a hazardous industrial hazard class III.

Accommodation, meals, delivery of personnel to the customer's facility (e):
1. Travel, lodging, staff meals - is carried out at the expense of the Contractor.
2. The customer can assist in the provision of travel, meals, accommodation at tariffs according to certificates (Appendix No. 3 to the letter).
3. For travel, meals and accommodation, the Customer issues an invoice upon the fact of stay, and the Contractor compensates the Customer for expenses.
The Contractor shall provide for these costs in his KP.
4. Transport for the delivery of Contractor’s personnel from ABK AGOK to the facility will be provided by the Customer.

We would be grateful to receive your offer with the following applications:
- a commercial offer on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person indicating information on the approval of the basic draft of the contract without disagreement, or the provision of an appropriate protocol of disagreement;
- completed proposal card (Appendix No. 4 to the letter);
- completed counterparty questionnaire (Appendix No. 5 to the letter) and reference list;
- scanned copies of permits required to perform work;
- charter (in the latest edition with all amendments and additions);
- certificate of state registration (on assignment of PSRN);
- certificate of tax registration;
- the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
- if necessary, a power of attorney for the person who signed the contract;
- letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 7 to the letter).

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
