Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment under the contract is made for the actually performed work, on the basis of the certificate of completion, invoice, invoice signed by both parties, by transferring funds to the Contractor's account within 30 working days after the signing of the acceptance certificate of the work performed.
Delivery terms:On the day of completion of the work, the Customer accepts the work performed for their compliance with the volumes specified in the Terms of Reference and the compliance of the quality of the work performed with the requirements and standards. At the time of completion of the work, the Contractor submits to the Customer as-built documentation, copies of certificates and passports for the materials and equipment used, acts of acceptance of the work performed.
The SPZ project must be formalized in accordance with Federal Law No. 52-FZ of March 30, 1999. "On the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population" and Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 222 dated March 3, 2018 "On the approval of the Rules for the establishment of sanitary protection zones and the use of land plots located within the boundaries of sanitary protection zones (as amended on December 21, 2018).
